Refunds & cancellation
CartonFit doesn't charge anything today, so there is nothing to refund. When a paid tier launches, payments run through Paddle as Merchant of Record and refunds are honored within 14 days.
The workbench is free while in beta, and the calculators are free with no signup. CartonFit does not currently charge anyone for anything, so there is nothing to refund. This page exists so the policy is settled before it is ever needed.
Payments. Subscriptions will be billed by Paddle (Paddle.com) as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, the tax, and the receipt; CartonFit never sees your card details.
Refunds. If a paid subscription doesn't work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right — up to and including a full refund. Refunds are issued through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges occur after cancellation.
The free calculators stay free. Charging for something that was advertised as free would be the fastest way to lose the trust this comparison depends on.
